We collect personal and contact information when you become a member of Letham4All or take part in any of our activities, including your name, address, email address, telephone number(s), title, date of birth, an emergency contact number, gender and equality information. We may collect some of that contact information when you interact with us by completing our membership forms, when you become a volunteer with us or fill in any activity questionnaires or give us feedback on our projects/activities.
