Letham4All Strategic Plan
Letham4All is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) that has been created by local people to support people to be involved in their community, develop their ideas to improve the health and wellbeing of the area and create positive opportunities for residents of all ages to enhance their quality of life.
Letham4All has also been created to take on the future role of supporting the new Letham Community Hub which will operate out of the former Letham Recreation Centre. Our vision is life across our communities is better and healthier, where everyone can reach their potential from the cradle to the grave.
To help us achieve this vision we have produce the Letham4All Strategic Plan 2023-26. This plan has been developed by listening to our people in our community, young and old , and is based our their ideas of what would help through these difficult times, recovering from the pandemic and living through the cost of living crisis.
Over the next 3 years we will work to achieve 4 main priorities:
- Own and operate the Letham Community Hub and Letham4All Activities
- Work with the community to improve health and wellbeing
- Support employability opportunities and personal development
- Support the community to reduce the impact of poverty including child poverty
